Dr. Chacon-Andrade remains committed to patients and staff safety while providing urgent and emergent eye care during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the continued enhanced cleaning at our office, when you attend your eye appointment you will notice that our staff are wearing masks, gloves and eye protection. We continue to screen patients for COVID-19 on arrival.
Dr. H. Chacon-Andrade Specializing in Ophthalmology
Dr. Chacon-Andrade HIGHLY RECOMMENDS ALL (excluding children under the age of 2) entering the office to wear a non- medical mask, covering both mouth and nose and to apply hand sanitizer provided at the front desk.
We encourage only one accompanying adult when the patient is a child or if the patient requires assistance.
To protect other patients, our staff and Dr. Chacon-Andrade, we would ask that you delay your appointment if you have any of the following symptoms which are new or worsened if associated with allergies, chronic or pre-existing conditions: fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, and/or runny nose.
Please be honest with your response to the above concerns. Many of our patients are at severe risk from COVID-19 and we would not want another patient compromising their health.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing COVID 19 symptoms, instead call our office to rebook 14 days in the future.
Call Healthlink 811 if you believe you may have been exposed to COVID 19 virus or have symptoms in keeping with COVID 19 infection.
